At Ricardo Fine Car ArtWork, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury automotive decor. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all non-customized artwork.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your artwork in its original protective sleeves and shipping crate to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our studio for inspection.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our curators verify the item's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
